I am also interested in the digital volume control. (with the possibility to bypass it)
If I am not wrong, on 24 bits material, a few dB down does not alter the sound quality at all.

Hello,
I just get a Vanity HD for my oppo 103d.
I thought that by setting the volume control of the oppo to variable, I would be able to control the volume of my Digital amps.
But that does not work.
Is there something else to change in the oppo configuration or is it impossible to control the ...
