The Vanity module for BDP-103: Demand survey

Should you are interested in a dedicated digital output module for the Oppo BDP-103, please express your interest in this thread. If there is sufficient demand we can release the Vanity103 in Q2 2013.

I am very interested in a Vanity103 for the Oppo BDP-103! The price of a used BDP-93 is almost as high as a new BDP-103 due to high demand. I believe this is partly due to the fact that the BDP-103 does not have component or composite video outputs. The HDMI input on the BDP-103 would make a Vanity103 even more useful than a Vanity93 for those of us who have multi-channel digital input processors that lack bitstream-compatible HDMI inputs.

I'm interested. One question. The BDP-93 couldn't handle the iso-files past a certain firmware. How is the situation with the 103 in this respect?

I am interested, but not sure if in the full or lite version. The price difference (at least for the 93) is big and I am not sure what I am getting with the full version that I need - I have very few SACDs.
I know JVB have a solution currently, though they show no details about what exactly it does, but I like the idea of installing myself, and being able to uninstall if I need to.

I am also interested in a Vanity module for the Oppo BDP-103. It would be nice to have (optional) support for DOP1.1 ( dsd-guide.com/dop-open-standard) to operate D/A converters like the Benchmark DAC2 HGC without SACD/PCM format conversion.

The same as the 93. From what I've read, the movie studios were unhappy about ISO file capability. The Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) could have revoked Oppo's license if ISO file support was not removed.
