for opening the next new topic here, but I have a problem with the USB Output board of the VanityPRO.It worked without problems over the last 3-4 days on my 'old' Win7 PC and also on a Win10 PC.
Then suddenly there was no signal from the VanityPRO in the PC.
No error message, nothing unusual, just the signal is lost.
I made/checked the following things to find out the problem:
- VanityPro is in 'Extractor' mode
- The AUDIO METERS display is showing signals on every 8 channels from a 7.1 bluray-disk
- The receiving program on the PC shows the correct Input-ports :
xCORE USB Audio 2.0 1
xCORE USB Audio 2.0 2
...
- I changed the USB cable
- I switched to another USB port at the PC
- I restored a known working backup on the PC
- I made a 'Facory Reset' at the VP
But there is still no signal receiving the PC.
I think I need help because I don't know what else I can do.
